At Zumbro Valley Endodontics we make every effort to provide you with the finest care and the most convenient financial options. To accomplish this we work hand-in-hand with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures.
As a courtesy to our insured patients, we submit claims to your insurance company. However, we are not contracted to be “in network” with any insurance agency, and we do not discount our fees for any insurance company. We ask for payment in full on the day of your treatment, and then any portion covered by your insurance will be reimbursed to you directly by the insurance.
For your convenience we offer four easy payment options including cash, check, credit card, Care Credit or Cherry Payment Plans.

- Apply with our office’s Cherry link to see how much you’re approved for.
- When you arrive for your appointment, remind our staff that you’ll pay with Cherry.
- Choose the Cherry payment plan that works for you, and check out with our front desk.
